A refreshing urban lifestyle is blossoming in Balintawak.
In March of 2015, ALI broke ground for Cloverleaf, an 11-hectare mixed-use development at Balintawak, Quezon City that would further energize the district. ALI would be spending a total of P25-billion for the development in a span of 10 years.
Cloverleaf is another addition to ALI’s roster of products that will bear the indelible mark of its expertise. And all the features that define an ALI development—privacy and exclusivity, convenience and accessibility, lent by its strategic location and diversity of lifestyle options anchored on a well-thought out blueprint for growth—define it.
Cloverleaf is set to rise along EDSA and A. Bonifacio, flanked by Metro Manila’s major cities, including Caloocan and Quezon City, with the community being easily accessible via the LRT1 that traverses the metro. Adding to the convenience of location is the on-going construction of the third phase of the Skyway Stage 3 project, which is 20 minutes away from it.
A highlight of the development is the landscaped pedestrian promenade that will connect EDSA to A.Bonifacio and will allow residents, shoppers, and workers to have a safe and comfortable walking experience.
The development balances the different aspects of urban elements to create synergy between ALI’s different product offerings. 34% of the area will be assigned for residential purposes—including Avida Towers Cloverleaf.
To complement the commercial area, 62% of Cloverleaf is envisioned to house numerous retail and business developments, including a 40,000 sqm regional mall. The mall is positioned to be a melting pot for Asian culture, offering gathering and dining concepts not only for residents of Balintawak, but also locals of Caloocan, Malabon, Novaliches, and Valenzuela.
The township will also feature Qualimed’s flagship hospital, a 250-bed medical facility offering quaternary care services, which will be completed by 4Q 2017.
