The Central Park
At 6.6 hectares, South Park District fulfills that need to have wide open spaces where one can sit back, stroll around and relish nature. South Park District is expected to boost the flourishing business atmosphere in Alabang Muntinlupa once it opens the regional mall by fourth quarter of 2015, which will also house local and international shops and commercial establishments, and which will also be a home to a number of BPO companies, embodying the live-work-play environment of the project. The mall is expected to house 400 shops while the BPO office is expected to generate 16,000 jobs.
